Necessity is the mother of invention

A daughter saved up to buy her grandmother a blanket. What arrived a month later — from a store that looked completely legitimate — was barely the size of a washcloth. A father clicked one link in a convincing email and spent hours scrubbing malware off his laptop. Different scams, same lesson:

The warning should have come before the click, the purchase, the share — not after.

The belief that every one of these moments is preventable is the whole company and what drives our design principles.

Bearz Solutions did not start with a business plan. It started with a string of things that should not have happened to people we love.

Brian is a technology veteran who spent 27 years at Oracle USA leading worldwide teams to build efficiency tools, browser extensions, and customer-automation systems. He founded Bearz Solutions to turn that experience toward something personal: protecting everyday consumers from online fraud, phishing, fake storefronts, and digital misinformation — right in the browser, before they click, share, or buy.

The push came from watching the surge of online scams and deliberate misinformation affect the people around him. Bearz Solutions is how he gives back — real protection, built for regular people.
